In Short
Guilty, Bloom, Bamboo and Flora explained — plus the listing checks worth making, including a tester priced $33 above boxed retail and an EDP that costs less than half the EDT.
Gucci Fragrance Guide 2026: Guilty, Bloom, Bamboo & Flora
Gucci runs one of the more coherent fragrance catalogues in designer perfumery — four clear lines, each with a distinct personality, and very little of the flanker sprawl that makes Paco Rabanne or Carolina Herrera hard to navigate.
What it does have is inconsistent pricing across listings, which is worth understanding before you buy. Here's the full picture across the 37 bottles we stock.
The House's Current Standing
Gucci fragrances are produced under Coty. The catalogue divides into four:
- Guilty — the flagship, split into Pour Homme and Pour Femme with several concentrations
- Bloom — the modern white-floral feminine
- Bamboo — the softer, woodier feminine
- Flora — the Gorgeous series, lighter and more overtly commercial
Plus Gucci (new), a standalone Eau de Toilette.
Check the Price Before You Add to Cart
Gucci has the least consistent pricing of any house in this catalogue, and it runs in both directions.
Gucci Guilty Eau de Toilette is stocked at $68.51 boxed and $101.54 as a tester. The tester — the same fragrance without a presentation box — costs $33 more. Buy the boxed listing.
Gucci Bamboo shows an Eau de Toilette at $156.80 and an Eau de Parfum at $71.36. The Eau de Parfum is the higher concentration and should cost more, not less than half as much. Sizes may differ across those listings, so check the volume — but on the face of it the EDP is the better buy by a wide margin.
Gucci (new) appears twice at an identical $126.80, once as unboxed and once as a tester.
None of this is a reason to avoid the house — it's a reason to compare listings rather than assume the first result is the right price. Our guide on how to buy fragrance online covers this habit generally.
Tier 1: Guilty
Gucci Guilty Eau de Toilette at $68.51 is the best value in the house and the natural starting point — a pink pepper and patchouli composition, considerably more interesting than its mainstream position suggests.
Gucci Guilty Pour Homme Eau de Parfum at $167.85 is the deeper, more concentrated masculine — warmer and better suited to evening wear.
Gucci Guilty Pour Femme Eau de Parfum at $135.75 for 3oz is the feminine counterpart.
Gucci Guilty Eau at $147.29 for 3oz is the lightest, freshest interpretation of the line.
Tier 2: Bloom
Gucci Bloom Eau de Toilette at $85.74 is the house's most distinctive feminine — tuberose, jasmine and Rangoon creeper, genuinely白 floral in a way that has become rare. If you like white florals, this is one of the better ones at designer price.
Notably, Bloom is the only Gucci here with a sample vial at $25.59. Given the rest of the range starts at $68 and runs past $160, that's the single cheapest way to test whether this house suits you.
Tier 3: Bamboo and Flora
Gucci Bamboo Eau de Parfum at $71.36 is a soft woody-floral and, at that price, one of the better value feminines in the catalogue. The 1.6oz Eau de Toilette at $76.88 is the alternative.
Flora Gorgeous Orchid at $84.48 for 1oz is the lightest and most commercial line — pleasant, uncomplicated, and priced high for the volume. On a per-ounce basis this is the weakest value in the house.
Who This House Suits
Gucci sits in the sweet spot between mass designer and something more considered. Guilty at $68 competes directly with Hugo Boss and Calvin Klein while feeling a bit more deliberate; Bloom at $85 has real character.
It's a strong house for gifting — immediate name recognition, attractive bottles, and nothing in the core range that will offend.

For Los Angeles
Guilty Eau, Bloom and Bamboo all handle warm weather well. Guilty Pour Homme Eau de Parfum is denser and better on cool evenings. Flora Gorgeous Orchid is light enough for anything.
Frequently asked questions
What is Gucci's best-selling fragrance?
Gucci Bloom for women and Gucci Guilty for men are the strongest sellers, with Guilty spanning several concentrations across both genders.
Why is the Gucci Guilty tester more expensive than the boxed version?
It shouldn't be. Boxed is currently around $68.51 and the tester around $101.54 — buy the boxed listing. We're reviewing that pricing.
Which Gucci fragrance is the best value?
Gucci Guilty Eau de Toilette at around $68.51, followed by Gucci Bamboo Eau de Parfum at around $71.36.
What is the difference between Gucci Bloom and Gucci Bamboo?
Bloom is a pronounced white floral built on tuberose and jasmine. Bamboo is softer and woodier, with less floral intensity. Bloom is the more distinctive of the two.
Can I sample Gucci before buying?
Yes, for Bloom — a sample vial is stocked at around $25.59. It is the only sample in the Gucci range, so for other releases you would be buying a full bottle.
Is Gucci Guilty Pour Homme different from Gucci Guilty?
Yes. Pour Homme is a separate masculine composition, not simply a men's version of the same fragrance, and the Eau de Parfum concentration is considerably deeper than the original Eau de Toilette.
