Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unopened and unused.
- The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging.
- The item must be returned in resalable condition.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns that are not the result of a shipping error, damaged item, or incorrect order may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened fragrances or perfume products
- Used items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
