Fragrance Families

Fragrances are broadly categorized into 9 main families: Fresh, Floral, Oriental, Woody, Aromatic, Chypre, Fougère, Leather, and Fruity.

The History of Perfume

Perfumery dates back to ancient Egypt and is considered both an art and science. Modern perfumery was established in France in the 17th century.

Understanding Concentration

Fragrance concentration determines intensity and longevity. Extrait (highest) down to fragrance water (lowest).

How to Apply Fragrance

Apply to pulse points: wrists, neck, behind ears, inside elbows. These warm areas help fragrance develop properly.
